1. Multiple Accounts
Having more than 1 account is forbidden. If we come to believe you are using more than one account, we will remove your account. We have a strict Zero Tolerance for cheating.*****Being a Supporter does not make you exempt from the rules in any way, or qualify you for special treatment. All accounts caught cheating will suffer the same punishment, regardless of whether you are a supporter or not. You have been warned.*****

2. Shared Computers
As this is a browser based game and therefore difficult to prevent cheating we are very strict about sharing the same computer. Don't even log into your friends computer as it will show as a multi and 1 or both accounts will be banned from the game. We take pride in having a cheat free game. *****Being a Supporter does not make you exempt from the rules in any way, or qualify you for special treatment. All accounts caught cheating will suffer the same punishment, regardless of whether you are a supporter or not. You have been warned.*****

3. Account sharing

Allowing more than one person to have access to an individual account is against the rules. If we come to believe you are sharing your account, we will remove you from the game entirely.

4. Cheating
At no time during the time you are playing should you ever get the idea that you can cheat and win. If we find out that you have been cheating, you will be removed from the game. Cheating by incorporating any type of AUTO-REFRESH routine, program, script, bot, or in any way giving yourself an unfair advantage over other players, as deemed so by Mobster Lord Staff, will result in your possible ban from the game.

5. Quitting
DO NOT ASK US TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT SO YOU CAN START A NEW ONE. This is cheating. If you open an account, attack somebody, ask us to close it, start a new one and attack him again is like using multiple accounts. We won't close any account. You just have to wait for the new round to start over from scratch. If you want to quit just leave and the next round you won't have any mafioso registered. You would be able to play other rounds later. Do not put in your profile, "get cash from me, free cars". Do not message people and tell them that your leaking either. Anyone who attacks a person who says "I'm leaking" or "I quit" will have the master account disabled.

6. Leaking
Leaking is allowed in our game, but not if you tell others on our message boards to give someone an advantage in winning. Remember not everyone plays for free, and we must sometimes take measures to protect our supporters. Leaking is defined as: "Allowing your cash and assets to be compromised by not protecting with defensive units, or other measures, including, but not limited to the bank."

7. Spamming
The promotion of other games, within this site, is prohibited. That includes any endorsements, or the posting of referral links, or encouraging others to leave this site. You will be banned instantly, without exception, for doing this.

8. Posting
Do not post any attacks on the public boards or in Public chat rooms. Only share attacks with members of your family. Please do not spam, read rule above. Do not put down the game, or the admins. If you are creating drama towards the game, we will remove you.

9. Profanity/Racial comments
There have been complaints from players with regards to this. This is a game and games are supposed to be fun. If your player name or family name have any profanity or racist comments in it then you will be asked to change it (if family) or be banned (player name) and told why. There is NO swearing on public message boards or the lounge chat room. You can however swear in the FreeForAll chat room and you can do whatever you like in your family chat room and message board as they are not monitored. Profiles or profile pics that get complaints will be dealt with accordingly.

10. Refunds
Just remember if you have purchased turns, we cannot give you credit back for them. All turns/credits are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

11. Cash Prizes
All cash prizes, if any, are paid via Paypal in US Funds, following a post round audit, which generally takes no longer than 1 hour, following the end of a round. For security reasons, MobsterLord.com may require you to submit further evidence, for identity verification purposes, at its discretion.

12. Fraud
Credit cards and e-checks are available for you to purchase turns via Paypal. There is no need to tell you that fraudulent use of them is illegal. If you should decide to use them fraudulently, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and you will automatically be removed from the game. We will provide Paypal with all necessary information required by them to assist them in conducting their own investigation, should you commit a fraud.

13. Rounds
Rounds - All Normal Rounds are ten (10) days in length.

14. Reporting Cheaters
Mail one of the admins if you have any suspicions.

IF YOU MAKE A CHEATING ACCUSATION:
You will send a message to one of the administrators/moderators. You will provide as much legitimate, factual and objective information as you can so as to aid the Mods in their quest to end this cheating. Quid pro quo. You help us, we help you.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO: You will not accuse players of cheating in public forum (Chat and/or Message Boards). You will not abuse and/or intentionally offend or imply corruption by the staff of this game by insinuating that they are 'connected with' or 'protecting' the cheaters. Do NOT bite the hand that feeds you, or we'll give you a right whack upside the head and bury you in a ditch mafia style.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in your message board priviledges being revoked, and/or your account being removed. Please play fair, and use the proper methods of admin communication as outlined above. Thank you.

15. Bonus Reserve Distribution
With 5 days on the mark to go in each round, we will distribute the following Reserve Turns gamewide.

Normal players - 3,000 Reserves
Platinum Subscribers - 5,000 Reserves
Titanium Subscribers - 10,000 Reserves

15. Free Credits Cap
Every round is capped at 500,000 Free Credits and 300,000 Bought Credits by default, unless it is a special round. Bought Credits are not capped.

16. Common Sense
Just because the rule isn't listed here, doesnt make it right. Please think before you take action. Use common sense. If you don't, we will.
